Handling instructions & Shelf-life
Our products are shipped frozen and packed with dry ice to ensure safe delivery to your shipping address. Upon delivery, remove all shipping material and dry ice. You can store the cake in the freezer for another 30 days or thaw the cake following our defrosting instructions. Once thawed, cakes are best consumed within 48 hours.
Our cakes are made with natural ingredients and contain allergens such as eggs, dairy, gluten. Please refer to the ingredients list for each cake before placing your order. They are manufactured in a facility that processes peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat (gluten) and milk products.
Pricing - There are different pricing tiers for our highly in demand bespoke cakes. Buttercream cake with details in fondant start at $250.
3D cakes are more expensive due to the amount of work we have to put not only outside the cake but also inside, with the internal structure required to bring it to life! 3D cakes typically start at $500 for the smallest cake size we sell (25 servings), depending on the concept.
Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon agreement to secure the date on our calendar.
Plan Ahead - Custom cake takes time so we ask for a few weeks of preparation in advance in case we are fully booked. All the bespoke cakes are designed together via email so that we can efficiently keep track of all the details.
Try before you buy - Tastings are available starting at $50 with three kinds of cake flavors and three fillings. If you decide to purchase the cake, the $50 will go toward your final order.
Flavors - To ensure their deliciousness, we make each cake, filling, and dessert from scratch using only premium ingredients such as: European style butter, Madagascar pure vanilla, Swiss preserves, French fresh fruit purees, and Swiss chocolate. We only use real chocolate, real butter, real fruits in compote and not flavoring. No pre-made mixes, no shortening, no short-cuts!
Please note that to ensure the highest quality of each cake, we rarely work flavors that are not mentioned above. We don't do gluten free or dairy free.
Size - Typically we start any cake with a 9-inch cake as our base, serving up to 25-servings or so. Please understand that if you request a cake for 5 people, we almost always start with a 9-inch cake, and in these scenarios we will tell you how many servings it will have and will price accordingly.
How do I place an order?
1. Browse our products from the SHOP page.
2. Click on the "ADD TO CART" button for each item you want to purchase.
3.Click on "shopping cart" or "checkout" to finalize your order.
4. Follow the prompts to enter your delivery and billing information.
5. Click "Place your order".
6. You're done!
7. A confirmation email will be sent to you with all your order details immediately.
8. A second shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with tracking information when the order ships.
What can I use as a form of payment?
We accept the following: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal and ShopPay.
How will I know that my transaction has been accepted?
We will immediately email you an order confirmation - please make sure to add GolosoByRodolfo.com to your "safesender" list in order to prevent our communications from being blocked by spam filters.
Credit Card Security
GolosoByRodolfo uses the services of a third party to process credit card transactions. GolosoByRodolfo's employees do not have access to your credit card information and no information is stored on GolosoByRodolfo's server.
How do I track my order?
A confirmation email including your order's tracking number will be sent as soon as your order has been shipped. You may check the status of your order by visiting the FedEx website or directly from your account on GolosoByRodolfo.com.
How do I cancel my order?
If for any reason you must cancel an order, please contact our customer service by email at email@example.com. We will cancel your order provided it has not already been processed and shipped.
Where do you ship?
